Magnolia Wedding Group is seeking highly skilled and reputable vendors for our shows. If you are in the wedding industry or have a skill or trade that is relevant to brides and grooms please reach out to us. Some examples of vendors include: DJ’s, Caterer’s, Bakers, Planners, Apparel, Vacation Planning, Intimate Apparel, Calligraphy, Entertainment, Spa, Gifts, Rentals, and much more.

Our next bridal show is scheduled for April 18th at Long Branch House and Farm in Berryville VA. We have 22 vendor spaces inside the manor house, 15 on the side tent pad, and 12 on the front lawn tent.

Should covid or other circumstances delay the show, vendor fees are non refundable. However, we will do a live virtual show and promote your business as well as rescheduling the in-person show to a new date. Please understand that the advertising, magazine printing, and other expenses are paid upfront by Magnolia Wedding Group to promote your business. We charge a small fee compared to other shows and try to promote your business long before the show starts. It also covers the vendor networking night/dinner.

Vendor set up starts at 8am and vendors should be in place by 11:30am. We have a photographer that will be photographing the vendors between 11-12. Doors open to the public at 12pm. The runway show starts at 3pm in the front lawn tent. Prizes will immediately follow the runway show. Each vendor is required to give a door prize. Examples can be a coupon or donation of your service or a product such as a gift basket or Starbucks gift card. Vendors can begin tear down at 4pm or after the guests have left the property. Clean up should be completed by 6Pm.

We are not doing bags at the door. The Magnolia Wedding Group’s Magazine will be handed out to each registered guest. Each vendor will receive a half page ad in the magazine. The magazine is 8×8. Each ad space is 4”H x 8”L. Ads are placed in the magazine in order of registration received.

Vendors can give away promo items at their own booth, collect bridal/groom info or hold prize contest if they wish. Each vendor will review a list of all registered guest and their contact info following the show.

Magnolia Wedding Group holds a vendor networking night and light dinner prior to the show. This is also include in the vendor fee. It is a night for us to network, ask questions and view the space.

The space for each vendor is $150.00. Only one business can be in a spot. Companies cannot share a space.
